Can you feel it? Can you? All this hot mess of emotions and energy of the Jupiter and Mercury stationing direct in a few days, the Full Moon two days later. I am, personally, full of pent-up energy as my transformational phase boils and bubbles all my toils and troubles of chaos, stirring slow and thick, like molten lava before it sets on its newfound mission on Earth. Oh, these life journeys and the stories that follow! Jupiter stations direct first on October 18th at 1:30 am EST. Jupiter, the planet of abundance, adventure, higher learning, and philosophy. He is normally considered a benefic planet, but as with all things in life, Jupiter has his Shadow Side as well, abundant, and full. (Think of Jupiter and his buffet of women!) As a Pisces Sun with habits already prone to self-martyrdom, Jupiter’s abundant energy has sometimes amplified those not so nice energies, always keeping to his base of higher learning though. Higher learning always includes the ability to shift our perceptions(philosophize) in order to embrace and surrender to the truth, beauty, and silver linings as well. It is time to pursue flexible initiation, leadership, and pioneer your way through you Jupiterian energy! The best way to know Jupiter is through your natal and progressed Jupiter and its surrounding circumstances. One other way to tap into Jupiter’s energy is thinking about any similar patterns from 12 years ago. Jupiter was in Aquarius January 5, 2009, through January 17, 2010. Do you remember any significant themes? For myself, Aquarius rules my 10th house, the house of career and public image. I am definitely eclectic when it comes to my work, and I value my freedom and independence more than anything else (Aquarian traits). In 2009, I became pregnant on two forms of birth control with my youngest daughter. January 20th, to be exact, 15 days after Jupiter moved on in. My public image certainly did change as I embraced being a strong warrior goddess determined to my water birth my child alone. My mission was to prove to other woman how incredible our bodies are and of what we are capable. And here we are 12 years later and my mission, even more than others is to bring awareness to others how formidable our minds and bodies are. We desperately need that faith in our amazing bodies more than ever! Setting the chart with a Leo Ascendant at 5 °, a time for Jupiter’s personality to shine in his glory for the rest of his journey through Aquarius and onward into Pisces on the 28th of December, where his mission changes again. Jupiter’s focus, like the most of October’s theme is relationships. Leo’s Sabian Symbol is in the phase of combustion stating, “Rock formations tower over a deep canyon.” This is the rising of the energy in your heart to your head. The Sun rules the 5th house, where Venus sits in Sagittarius, another fire sign, reiterating the need to feel yourself in your body and your creations. The Midheaven/IC teeter on the border of Aries/Taurus and Libra/Scorpio, our belief system, our ideology changing, feelings of justice dredging up from a place deeper than what most of us can verbalize. The idea of who we are and who we want to be are in their own internal conflict of fusion and independence in our own bodies. The Sun still conjunct to Mars, Mercury just a few hours behind in its own almost direct station. Jupiter is trine both Mercury and the Sun-Mars’ conjunction, rendering that added flare to your reflection of your action in your relationships and the numerous destabilizing shock factors of what our foundations really are. Jupiter adds an ambiance of innovative boundaries, discipline, faith through karmic relationships that strike us in the deepest sense, (Saturn conjunct the Descendant). The Sun-Mars conjunction is quincunx the Moon conjunct Neptune retrograde, the need for emotional and spiritual readjustment with those in our surroundings and the need for action in the areas of balance, harmony, and justice. The Moon is a gibbous phase, indicating this is a time of planning and organizing as self-development increases and your desire for perfection intensifies. There will be some obsessive-compulsive emotions and ideas purged and worked on as the Moon is sextile Pluto in the 6th house. Be careful with your emotions and obsessions that could upset mental balance necessary for transformation. This is time to work your ass off while maintaining your shine. The Moon conjunct Neptune retrograde in Pisces takes us through our emotional reactions. This is a place where people will feel deeply and transform, feminine relationships between mother and children are highlighted, Moon conjunct Neptune square Venus, who is also quincunx Uranus retrograde, our feelings under continual adjustment to surprises of the world. Venus is the apex of a grand minor trine, sextiling Saturn in the 7th house and Mercury in the 3rd house, bringing an ease and opportunities to the ways of innovating new friendships and relationships, the adventure and passion of Venus in Sagittarius fueling the need to socialize and balance those relationships around you. Community interaction is needed. What you can do to serve the collective is close by, the North Node moving close to it’s pure essence of Gemini. The lessons and opportunities these next few months will be plenty and there is ample energy to dive into the raw, independent, multitasking Lilith, and her nurturing counterpart, Ceres. The North Node trines Saturn, encompassing that karmic aura and the need for boundaries and discipline even further. Mercury, stationing direct at 11:17 am, almost ten hours after Jupiter stations direct, greets us with its Sagittarian Ascendant conjunct Venus. Venus still holds her apex of a grand sextile between Saturn and Mercury, and the Moon in Aries adds to a second grand sextile with the Moon sextiling the North Node and Saturn. The communication and quest for truth in our relationships with our community and children are reiterated. Aries holds the 5th house, speaking of beginnings, emotions and wounds of our children, our creations, striving hard for balance between how we react and what we should, oh, so diplomatically say. Any one with strong Aries energy, especially the Moon, Mercury, or Venus, tend to be quite impulsive in their reactions, feelings, and speech, and can more often than come on as very forceful. We are being asked to be diplomatic and calm, in the quest for the truth. With Mercury in the 11th house and Libra its ruler for this chart, the discernment of what is the truth and Libra’s fantastic ability to be deceitfully charming swirls through the air, the internet, and television propaganda. Mercury’s focus of the Sun-Mars conjunction implores us to heal our ideas of money and power and its relation to our self-worth, our children’s self-worth, and their future of it. What is your life really worth? Or better yet, what is living to you?
