How beautiful that we get to sleep in on our first day of November...and my, how surrealistically fast this year has flown by. Venus will oppose Chiron, bringing feminine self-worth wounds up for healing, while Mercury, still retrograde, squares Saturn, adding a depth of focus and ambition to accelerate any growth. It is a perfect excuse to take that extra hour for some loving self-care or take the time to journal and face your growth head on on Sunday morning. 

While Mercury turns Direct in Libra at 11*40’ on November 3rd,  we will still be in Mercury’s post shadow phase, which ends on November 28th. Just in time for Christmas Spirit! It is a time to process and reflect all the events linked to your natal Mercury and its aspects in your chart. RE-iterating that focus will be strong as Mercury squares Saturn again on November 6th, along with the Moon’s Cancerian energy bringing compassion to the picture as an absolute must. 

On November 9th we have Mars retrograde in Aries opposing Venus in Libra, Both planets right at home in their zodiac signs. This opposition will fuel desire, and with Mars ready to rumble, this may be a very intense and productive week, creatively, physically, or sexually. This would be a great time to get creative in the bedroom. What better way to fuse Mars and Venus energy than in the bedroom :) Take advantage of this for the next few days, as Mercury ingresses into Scorpio on November 10th, adding a depth of intensity on communication levels and perhaps re-igniting the flame in the bedroom. 

The last of three conjunctions between Jupiter and Pluto will occur on November 12th. The planet that searches for higher truth, sees the bigger picture, is the bigger picture and abundance and Pluto, a planet of transformation, ripping the roots right up from the ground to expose what needs to be fixed. This year we started a new Saturn, Jupiter, and Pluto cycle when all three planets were standing forefront with a slew of a soldering stellium in Capricorn. Capricorn is the sign of ambition. We have watched how fast and big things can change these last several months. Shit has hit home and forced us to get really uncomfortable. Getting uncomfortable is how Pluto and Saturn like to work, especially if there is resistance, Jupiter amplifies that and adds a quest for truth and congruence. A phoenix rising from the ashes. How many of us will play that role these next few years? 

And so while we think, feel, and reflect on that, the third big bang of Jupiter conjunct Pluto, Mars will move Direct in Aries at 15*14’, your wounds will fuel your desires, your desire to heal yourselves, your needs that you realized these last few months, are ready for action. Ready to wear your warrior gear. Hot and impulsive, ready to jump,  take this energy and use it wisely, Mars’ tempers can flare quickly. Positive expressions of Mars venue through action, physical activity, sexual activity, kundalini work. Mars is expansive in how he can get things done!  Venus also trines the North Node this day, inspiring harmony, or gift in the direction you are meant to learn. 

November 14th, the Sun sextiles Pluto and Jupiter, bolstering a push for some power in the direction you wish to go. What a pair to amplify and make progress for inner growth the day before the Scorpio New Moon at 23 degrees 18 minutes, 12:08 a.m. EST. Jupiter will also quintile Chiron, encouraging even more wounds to be healed in the Aries-Capricorn arena. If you are a New Moon guru, this is some great energy to use to set your intentions and wishes. There is a T-Square with the Pluto-Saturn-Jupiter stellium as the apex squaring off Mars and Venus opposing each other, while the same apex holds a minor triangle with two sextiles, one to Neptune, and the other to the New Moon. While ego and intuition meet up, fusing the energy of Neptune to work through the cardinal energy of balancing feminine with masculine, inside and out. Pluto may draw out insecurities that no longer serve you, instigating choices you will make. Breathe and feel deep and embrace your emotions. 

Venus will ingress into Scorpio, continuing the journey of desire to get to the root of things, just hours before the Sun ingresses into Sagittarius on November 21st at 3:40 pm EST. The Sun will be trine Chiron and Mercury biquintile Mars, adding a creative flare to communication. This will be an interesting season for sure, as the United States celebrates Thanksgiving on November 26th, a day that will come up against old traditions versus new traditions. This is a time to be careful with your emotions as the Moon squares Pluto, Jupiter, and Saturn, adding a deep complexity to the dynamics that surround you, but the capability to resolve matters in innovative ways.

Neptune turns direct in Pisces on November 28th, preparing us for a bit of clarity in the spiritual realm two days before a Penumbral Lunar Eclipse at 8 degrees 38 minutes in Gemini-Sagittarius on November 30th at 4:30 am EST. There is a T-Square with Neptune as the apex, emphasizing our need to balance and spiritualize our self-worth and how we associate it with our ego, versus our intuition to share, nurture, and find compassion for others. There is extra incentive to push through with the Sun trine Mars and Mars sextile the North Node, adding that beautiful sense of purpose that keeps things moving. Venus will oppose Uranus this day, so be prepared for surprises or shake-ups in the realm of love. When it comes to Uranus, shock is the one consistent factor. 

Lunar Eclipses signify completion. But where you complete one thing, there are new projects, new ideas to explore. Completion is about leaving behind energy that no longer serves us, the collective, the areas in life in much need of change. It is a freedom of space to make way for the way.
