Transformation Through Body and Soul

When I cast a chart for upcoming celestial events, I cast the chart for the time and place that I am in at the moment, which, happens to be in Southwest Florida. The Ascendant gives me the flavor for the month and the rest of the chart follows with my self-learned information and intuition. The one thing about astrology, as any art, is even with all the science and research behind it, intuition will win over, and at the bottom line, the Universe may have a whole other plan of expression in mind.

I don’t know about you, but I can feel the energy, and when events happen, I have learned, by experience and the persistent deep, hungry desire to understand how the energy works physically and psychologically expresses itself with the planets and asteroids. What works for me in this learning process does not necessarily work for you, although the gist of what is going on can be felt on a more superficial level.

Speaking of feeling energy, can you feel it? You know, the building up of this Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Taurus, on steroids. And I mean some mega testosterone steroids. The two fixed T-squares with Jupiter and Saturn as the apex add the transhumanistic Aquarian feeling on a collective level. The perpetual enhancement to break free and do something new, reiterating the necessity for autonomy for our own bodies and the independent decisions behind it with Uranus in Taurus, part of its relentless fixed square between Saturn.

The Sun, Mercury, and Mars are all conjunct in Scorpio, Mars, in his second home, happy to obliviate whatever Pluto directs him too. Who, by the way, is sextile the intense stellium, which also happens to include the Sagittarian energy of the South Node, our past behaviors and lessons, and Vesta the asteroid, who represents all that we hold most divine and can communicate that divinity to hold humanity together.

This stellium, of course, is part of both fixed T-squares, intruding, motivating, and pushing the collective as much as each individual, to feel, really feel the sensuality, the emotions behind your sensuality, the emotions behind the massive betrayal that is engaging the world, whether you choose to see it or not. Sedna, the asteroid of betrayal is conjunct the Moon, also conjunct the North Node, indicating that it is in this betrayal that we will lead our lives and follow our Divine purpose. The opportunity presents itself again and again to really be awake, but to learn to how to be above the matrix and find in our hearts compassion without being complacent.

The Moon trines Pluto, offering an immense amount of power, of psychological breakthroughs, of kundalini awakenings. Transformation is eased into a little more at this time with this beautiful trine, and Venus, the ruler of Taurus, the ruler of Libra, who happens to be the Ascendant for this lunar eclipse, is trine Uranus. There is an immense amount of power here. Power to be creative, power to love, power to hold love with fervor, and to heal our wounds so that we can help others heal.
 Love is what fuels us. Fuels our soul. Venus represents beauty, pleasure, how we seek that which we love, and her sextile to the Scorpio-Sagittarius stellium offers an opportunity to hold compassion in the deepest spiritual sense. Engaging in the power of love creates such an amazing butterfly effect. Love holds the space of time, here and now, holds us in the present moment.

It is also through love that we hold onto our deepest obligations. Like the soldier that is sent to war, he is fighting a war to keep what he has at home, to fight for the freedom of not just his home, but the homes of his fellow country men and women. Fitting for an Ascendant at 20° Libra, the Sabian symbol, “A Rabbi performing his duties.” And the Sun, at 27° Scorpio in the phase of Faith, “A military band marches noisily on through the streets.”
Meaning, as we behold our duties, our Divine Purpose, we must balance between the noise that must be made to keep our freedom, our dignity, our integrity, while being able to peacefully adapt and release that which no longer serves us. Peaceful anger as we focus on our own creations in humanity, our children, and the issues that present for the generations ahead of us.

This Lunar Eclipse is profoundly emotional and sensual, forcing us to genuinely feel what is in our bodies, and the emotions that manifest into its physicality. Eclipses have long lasting lessons, the next 6 months, completion of karma, and other areas we have invested in in our lives that must transform and come to completion.
How much more intense can things get? We are only in the beginning of this newfound journey, this Lunar Eclipse, one of two, a Solar Eclipse happening on December 4, 2021, bringing us some deliberate beginnings, but also, with eclipses, are the lessons of the Nodes, which will be shifting in Taurus and Scorpio in January.

It is the time to think about how we will incorporate our lessons we just learned from Gemini and Sagittarius the last 18 months. The intricate weave of patterns, air, and fire to earth and water. We are also seeing this with Venus, who was retrograde in Gemini last year June, and soon to be retrograde in Capricorn. Mercury will also be shifting from air to earth, as we will see in his retrogrades from Aquarius to Capricorn, Gemini to Taurus, and Libra to Virgo in 2022.
