There is not much more out there that is compelling to me than astrology. I can spend hours looking at the same chart, my mind and heart convinced that I can “figure” things out, and most often, in the form of patterns. Astrology takes the energy from the celestial bodies and their relationships between each other to so many levels, esoterically, psychologically, emotionally, and even physically.
The best way I have learned astrology, aside from the key words explained with each component, has been to feel it. That is how I learn, hands on and through feeling that calls my intuition. Thank you Moon conjunct Jupiter in Gemini (ruler of communication and hands), Mars in Cancer, which is part of a Grand Water Trine with Uranus and my Sun, (totally emotional and feeling driven), and my Taurean chart ruler, Venus, who happens to be in the 12th conjunct the South Node, Mercury, and Eros house trine Neptune conjunct Pallas Athene and Vesta in the 8th house. And to top it all off, all of these planets are interconnected with each other, my Sun, an exact conjunction to Destinn, the apex of a mutable T-square, squaring my Moon and Jupiter, and Neptune’s gang.
Phew…a lot to take in with that explanation. Astrology, like us lovely humans, has never been simple. So, when I interpret astrology charts, I am detailed and love to teach, and definitely have to hone in and try to simplify the complexity of it all while trying to explain the planets. There is no exact science, just like medicine, so many varying factors, that it is my experience and wisdom, or sometimes lack of it, that can help explain and interpret what the planets and their shuffle in the heavens means.
The interpretations found on this website are how these planets feel to me. I hope this helps you grasp the expressions that, by no means, end at how they feel to me. Astrology continues to surprise me in all of the various forms each “personality” expresses. One thing to remember, like the Chinese theory of yin and yang, every planet, point, and its aspects (whether considered easy or hard), have both a formidable, positive side, and the forever lurking shadow side.
“Know thyself!”
